Dear DepMap team,
Would you please explain why the values in the 24Q2 Omics Gene.csv file are changed (lower) compared to the previous versions such as 23Q2 and 23Q4? I know PureCN was used to generate the absolute copy number data in the current release. However, I don’t understand why the CN values on the gene level are much lower than the previous releases.
