I am trying to obtain chemical structures, in either InChi or SMILES format, for the compounds in the PRISM 24Q2 screen.
I’ve checked the file Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Treatment_Meta_Data.csv, but this contains only Broad compound IDs, not structures. I also tried mapping the Broad IDs in the treatment metadata file to structures using the most recent version of the Broad Repurposing Hub sample sheet, but most of the PRISM Broad IDs were missing from this file.
Anyone know where I can find chemical structures for PRISM 24Q2?
