Could you provide matched sample ID in these two files?
These files use different sample ID.
OmicsFusionFiltered shows the ModelID, but OmicsFusionUnfilteredProfile file shows the ProfileID. I would appreciate if you could add the ModelID into OmicsFusionUnfilteredProfile file.
