I think you might missed ACH-000839 (SCABER) in the “OmicsSomaticMutationsMatrixHotspot.csv”, whereas this cell line exists in “OmicsSomaticMutationsMatrixDamaging.csv”.
This one seems like the only missing cell line in the hotspot mutation table compared to damaging mutation table. Thanks.
