Dear DepMap community,
Greetings, I have a question about the cell-line information in the DepMap 23Q2 dataset (i.e., CCLE dataset).
When I checked the model.csv file for tracking cell-line information, I couldn’t find the information about the RPE1 (eye cancer) cell line.
Although similar names have the same lineages, I think the RPE1 and RPE1xxx cell lines differ.
Is there any original RPE1 omics data, such as gene expression, copy number alteration, mutation, etc.?
