I have some basic questions about co dependencies. How do I get the full list of genes which have codependency scores? Looking for more than 100.
What is meaningful? I would nit consider a correlation coefficient of less that 0.5 to be meaningful, yet all the codependency correlation coefficient are less that 0.35. What is generally considered to be meaningful? Can a pValue be attached to these correlations?
