Cell Line Selection for CRISPR Screen

Hi,

This may be a very naive question - apologies in advance. Any help would be much appreciated.

I’m trying to design a CRISPR base-editing screen for a list of oncogenes and tumorsupressors. I’m wondering if there is a way to feed in my list of genes so as to pick cell lines in which these genes would be considered essential.
