In this manuscript (A benchmark of computational methods for correcting biases of established and unknown origin in CRISPR-Cas9 screening data | Genome Biology | Full Text) the authors state that since the 23Q2 release, the published Chronos scores include a correction of chromosome-arm-related confounding factors (arm-corrected / AC-Chronos).
I would like to understand the impact of this correction better. However, I was not able to find mentions of that procedure in the Readme documentation of any of the recent DepMap versions. Which release versions have this procedure implemented?
