My question is what’s the technique of the acquisition of these drug sensitivity data, like if they have a fixed concentration for the drugs and a specific method for handling the cells. Moreover, since I have read your team’s paper, you calculate the fold change of the treatment group and the control group as sensitivity indicator, however in this data I see both positive and negative data are present. Are they standardized FCs? And What is the minimum value that I can consider as indicating sensitivity to the drug?
